Dagenham
In our Low Support / B&B Pathway, our homes maintain constant 24-hour staffing by vigilant waking staff. These residences serve as temporary accommodations for service users who require a place to stay after their discharge from a psychiatric hospital. Typically, residents stay briefly while long-term placement arrangements are organized. Our intervention primarily offers practical support and acts as a liaison between professionals and service users. Individuals in these homes generally exhibit considerable independence in daily living skills and maintain mental stability.

Stroke on Trent
In our Short-Stay Hospital Discharge Pathway, our homes are constantly supervised by attentive waking staff 24/7. Service Users are guided to these residences as part of a step-down process after a psychiatric in-patient admission, aiding their reintegration into independent community living. Alternatively, they may seek this environment if they require temporary support during a mental health crisis, ensuring their safety when independent living isn't feasible.
